Delivery Information

Return Procedure and Conditions   
•    Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
•    Proof of purchase is required.
•    Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale / clearance items cannot be refunded.
•    You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your return.
•    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold. All packing materials, accessories and documentation must be included.
•    All returned products will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility and conditions are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the conditions and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If an item does not meet the conditions, Irwindale Cycles reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 40% at Irwindale Cycle’s sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your product is received.

Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions
Some manufacturers have implemented return restrictions that prevent Irwindale Cycles from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements, or credits on their products for any reason. Please check the item listing on our website to determine if special return policies are applicable to your products. Support as well as exchanges or replacements for products with manufacturer or supplier restrictions, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer or supplier. You can find the manufacturer or suppliers contact information in your product manual, in the item listing, on the manufacturer's website or at our help center.


Non-Refundable Items:
Bikes, apparel, regular inner tubes, and especial order
•    Labor / services / rentals (if there’s an issue, please talk to us!).
•    Consumables such as batteries, snacks, drinks, energy bars, etc.
•    Individually purchased spokes. It is your responsibility to tell us exactly (to the mm) what size you need if you haven’t brought a spoke in with you for us to measure.
•    Clothing with tags removed including gloves, hats, shirts, etc.
•    Used parts or closeout items.
•    Any employee of Irwindale Cycles can refuse a return at their discretion until manager approval is obtained.


These limitations do not apply to defective items or items eligible for warranty. All warranties are pursuant to the respective manufacturer’s policies.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take up to 7 business days to settle.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please take the following steps prior to contacting us:
1.    Check the account your payment was made from (Bank, Credit Card, Paypal)
2.    Place an inquiry with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is pending, as these can take time to post.
3.    If evidence of refund has still not been found, please contact us at store@irwindalecycles.com

Exchanges
Irwindale Cycles will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same item, contact us at store@irwindalecycles.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping your return to Irwindale Cycles, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
